In order to enter CERN you need an access card!

In short:

All visitors:

fill the conference registration form, indicate that you need an access card and provide us with your arrival and departure date
Come to the CERN; a visitor card (valid for two days) will be ready for you at the entrance

Visitors staying longer than two days:

With the visitor card (see above) you will be able to enter CERN
During your two first days at CERN you have to visit the CERN users office.
You will have to bring the filled form http://ep-div.web.cern.ch/ep-div/UsersOffice/ShortTerm.pdf., which should be signed by your team leader.
Furthermore you need your passport and a copy of your passport.
