the e-mails do the following:

Send the following e-mail to listserver@listbox.cern.ch :

To:                     listserver@listbox.cern.ch   Body (line 1):    subscribe ep-div-ssd-rd-workshop \ Body (line 2):    FirstName LastName  <your-e-mail>

Example:          subscribe ep-div-ssd-rd-workshop \
                          Michael Moll <michael.moll@cern.ch>

 Unsubscribe from the mailing list :
Do the same as above, just replace "subscribe" by "unsubscribe".
