The experimental high energy physics group of the High Energy Division of
the Department of Physical Sciences
(University of Helsinki) would like to participate in the R&D
Collaboration on rad. hard.semiconductor detectors.

Development of forward detectors for LHC

Charge collection efficiencies etc. measurements for characterizing Si-
and other semiconductor detectors

A fairly up to date list of instrumentation at the Detector Lab. New probe
station and an automatic ultrasonic bonder (strip detectors) ordered.
Close collaboration with VTT (State Technology Center).
