Dear Colleagues, we are interested to partecipate to the proposal on the "Development of radiation hard semiconductor devices for very high luminosity colliders". In the past, our group has been involved in the design, construction and operation of the DELPHI Silicon Tracker (working on Single sided microstrip sensors, double sided microstrip sensors and pixels sensors). We are presently involved in the construction of ATLAS Pixel Detector. Below you find details of our activity and interests.
